We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Warranty/Claims
In the case of a warranty or claim request - please provide the following items to us via email - photos of the damage (up close and far back), your order #, a brief description of your issue - We will follow up with you within 24-48 hours after this information has been provided.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund along with any appropriate restocking fee.
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment immediately at that time - It will take 1-3 days to show back on your card - varying bank to bank.
If your order is canceled while in transit or 1 business day before transit - a restocking fee will be applied.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you happen to see another online shop that offers a lower price than us within six months of your date please let us know and we’ll be happy to refund the difference on your original payment method. Yes. All of our build-on-site garages have engineered drawings included, but we can get drawings for any of our structures for an additional cost. All drawings are non-refundable
How much room do I need to get my shed in?
For our storage sheds, you will need 2'-4' in addition to the width of the shed. For example, if you would like a 10' shed, you would need 12'-14' width clearance depending on the model.

How much can I put on a credit card?
We do not put a limit on how much you put on your credit card. We do suggest contacting your credit card company on large amounts.

What is the difference between a wood and vinyl structure?
Vinyl is a great option if you are interested in a maintenance-free structure, and available in white, almond and clay colors. A variety of our products are available in pressure treated cedar. We offer several standard paints or stains for our wood structures.
How do I prepare my foundation?
We are happy to provide a post layout and required specifications for our structures.

What is the warranty on the outdoor living structures?
All of our gazebos, pergolas, and pavilions have a 10 year limited warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that are not caused by normal wear and tear. We also guarantee your wood will not rot or become termite infested and your vinyl will not crack or discolor and will remain structurally sound (when used and maintained properly).
Why is my wood structure cracking?
Those "cracks" are naturally caused by expansion and contraction of the wood, and it is called checking. Part of the rusting charm of wood structures is checking, but if that look isn't what is desired we suggest looking for a vinyl structure.
