The Tailored Titan DIY Garage Kit design comes in 3 sizes 12'x16', 12'x20' & 12'x24'. All sizes come with an 8′ x 7′ garage door opening (garage door purchased separately) or our spacious 8' wide by 7' high transom doors giving you the freedom to choose the door style that best fits your needs. The Tailored Titan is a well-built, economical garage that comes with a lot of space and will still look great many years from now.

Upgrade your Best Barns Tailored Titan Garage Kit with the FortressFloor, a commercial-grade wood flooring system designed to enhance both durability and appearance. This optional floor kit provides a solid, level foundation while raising your building off the ground to protect against moisture and rot. Engineered for heavy-duty use, the kit includes 4x4 pressure-treated runners, 2x4 treated floor joists spaced 16" on center, 3/4" thick 4x8 plywood sheets, and all necessary hardware. Built with premium treated lumber, the FortressFloor is made to withstand demanding loads and harsh climates. Please note that materials are not pre-cut - simple straight cuts are required during assembly. The floor kit ships separately from your building and is delivered by a local lumber dealer, who will contact you to arrange a delivery time. Someone must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. This flooring upgrade is a smart, long-lasting investment in the stability and function of your new structure.

All of our build-on-site garages have engineered drawings included, but we can get drawings for any of our structures for an additional cost. All drawings are non-refundable How much room do I need to get my shed in? For our storage sheds, you will need 2'-4' in addition to the width of the shed. For example, if you would like a 10' shed, you would need 12'-14' width clearance depending on the model. Do you accept credit cards? We accept all major credit cards Do you take personal checks? All of our gazebos, pergolas, and pavilions have a 10 year limited warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that are not caused by normal wear and tear. Why is my wood structure cracking? Those "cracks" are naturally caused by expansion and contraction of the wood, and it is called checking.
