1. How long does delivery take?
Most sheds and garages ship within 7–14 business days after order processing. Larger items may take longer depending on the manufacturer’s schedule and freight carrier availability.
2. How will my shed be delivered?

Small items may ship by UPS or FedEx.

Larger sheds and garages are delivered by freight truck.

The driver provides curbside delivery. You are responsible for moving the product to its final location.
3. Do I need to be present for delivery?
Yes. For freight shipments, the carrier will call to schedule a delivery window. Someone must be available to inspect and sign for the delivery.
4. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Inspect all deliveries carefully.

If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing.
