ARE SWINGS ON YOUR PLAYSETS INTERCHANGEABLE?
Yes. All YardCraft swings and playset toys are designed to be universal.
DO YARDCRAFT PRODUCTS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Yes. YardCraft has a 5 Year Limited Warranty on all outdoor structures and a 1 Year Limited Warranty on all other products.
HOW MUCH GROUND MATERIAL COVER IS NEEDED FOR A PLAYSET?
The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission recommends at least 6 feet of space in all directions, as well as more space in front and behind each swing. The distance in front and behind each swing should be equal to the total height of the swing. For example, if the swing is 8’ high, there should be 8’ of clearance in front of the swing and 8’ if clearance behind the swing. It is recommended to have at least 9-12 inches of mulch under your playset to provide sufficient cushion to help protect your children from falls.
IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT OR AN AGE RESTRICTION?
The Titan is our strongest playset we sell. We have had multiple 200+ lb men standing on the playset and had no issues at all. We suggest not going above 2000 lbs. The recommended age would be 3+ with parental supervision. You know your children better than we do so you will know what their limitations are better than we do!
WARRANTY
YardCraft has a 5-Year Limited Warranty on all outdoor structures and a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all other products.
The YardCraft warranty covers the craftsmanship of the parts of the product. Normal wear and tear, fading and exterior surfaces, and general aging, which is common of any outdoor product that is exposed to natural elements, is not covered under warranty. As with any building which is located on top of the ground, settling may occur.
All products with exposed wood (Sheds, Pergolas, Pavilions, and Gazebos) must be stained, sealed, or painted and maintained. If the structure is exposed to the elements without proper stain, sealant, or paint, this warranty is invalid. All vegetation must be kept away from the structure. If vegetation is growing on the structure, this warranty is invalid. Checks (natural separations of grain on the exterior of the wood) are not covered by this warranty as they are natural and do not affect the structural integrity of the structure. All structures with a roof must be properly shingled or this warranty is invalid. All structures must be installed on a proper foundation.
When used appropriately and maintained properly, YardCraft guarantees that your product will last. This warranty is non-transferrable. If the structure has been moved from the location it was originally installed, this warranty is invalid.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We are happy to provide a post layout and required specifications for our structures.
